Justin Pateman

Chief Financial Officer

Justin is the CFO at Unity and has more than twenty year’s experience in commerce and industry originating from the UK but with experience across Europe and the Middle East. Justin’s career to date has predominately centered on service industries and logistics in multi-national companies.

Justin qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1999 and held his first Finance Director position at the age of 34 for ESS Support Services (Cyprus) International Ltd (part of Compass plc) where he worked on contracts for the UN, NATO and NEXCOM.  From ESS, Justin moved to the Middle East and joined Hellmann Worldwide as Finance Director.

Justin is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant and holds further specialist diplomas in Project Management and Change Management.
